Travelodge London Brent Cross

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming specially Mohit and Diana and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, close to key attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

A wonderful night stay, the hotel was much bigger than I imagined, the Manager guyt on shift was very nice and helpful, explain me how to handle a situation about parking my car, the hotel is very convenient and cheap for this area.

The staff were professional, attentive and friendly. There was a pleasant atmosphere amongst the team. I had some issues with items being left under the bed from a previous guest and the receptionist handled it with courtesy. The hotel is in need of maintenance, but this was made up for by the quality of people inside.

I stayed for more than 1 week, the hotel is literally perfect for my needs, clean rooms, nice reception staff, Mario, Natalie and Printha were very helpful and provide me with all the information I asked for, overall it’s a nice hotel. Thank you

I stayed here for few days with work, the rook was decent enough for the price I paid, the breakfast and dinner wasn’t too bad but it’s Tragelodge, the most beautiful thing in there, is the staff. Mario was very helpful when i had some problems with the AC, handling it on the moment. Good hotel overall.

We checked into the room and couldn't tell anything was wrong due to the window being wide open. We shut the window, left for a concert and on our return the room smelt. Reception agreed in entering the room that the was a foul musky/mouldy smell but unfortunately hotel was booked but said in the morning speak to the manager for compensation. In the morning we realised there was no kettle, went to the reception and was acused of trying to steal a kettle by the manager as theres one in the room. On telling the manager of the issues from the night before was left feeling like they didn't care. Slept rubbish and even threw up in the night from the smell but oh well in the managers eyes. Was offered a evoucher for half the price paid which I didn't think was good enough considering but said ok then 4 weeks later still havnt recieved anything. Poor management and even worse rooms!
