Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Everything you'd expect in a good Premier Inn: clean, comfortable, good value. Staff was polite, the room was all I needed, and the breakfast was a great way to fill my tummy before traveling to Heathrow for a long flight. The hotel is in a pretty good location: just 7 minutes to Farrington Station, and about 10 minutes to St. Paul's if you want to explore that area. Not a big area for shops, but that is easy to access by Tube.

The first room did not smell good so we were given another room without any problems. And we even got a late check-out, which was very convenient as I had my graduation that day and could go back to the room to change afterwards. We will be back and can only recommend the hotel.

Enjoyed a two night stay here. Hotel was clean and room spacious. Staff very pleasant. Ate in the downstairs restaurant, food was okay but nothing amazing. Only a five minute walk from station though which was handy. And some shops close by too.

My stay was excellent. The hotel room was expected - very clean and comfortable. Considering it is located in the middle of the City of London, the room was very quiet.

I needed a bed for the night prior to an operation. 3 minutes walk from St Paul's underground and a few metres from the Hospital - Perfect location.

Check in staff were warm and friendly and were throughout the stay, hotel building is well kept, room clean and with usual Premier Inn amenities. Mostly very quiet at night and I am very sensitive to noise. No traffic noise whatsoever. Only small gripe would be facing right into offices of another building across a narrow side road, but it is London so only to be expected. I felt safe here. Had a good stay. Thank you to the very nice staff members. I spoke to 4 all in all. Very pleasant and professional. Nice little bar/restaurant area downstairs.
