The central location of the hotel is successful. The vending machines in the reception area are sufficient. But check-in took too long and the room given to me was not the same as in the picture. It's really sad that the room is underground. Unfortunately, using the elevator is a nightmare.

The free Wi-Fi in the room is very slow, and the video cannot be opened. You need to purchase Wi-Fi additionally for 5 pounds a day. The mattress is very comfortable and the room is relatively quiet.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff with child and my parents. We enjoy our time there. Metro Is really 5 minute by walk and Liverpool street is also well connected. The area is quiet and nice.breakfast Continental was great and my family enjoy it

It was relatively clean but the room was sooo stuffy. The aircondioner/heater kept turning off and never came back on automatically so there is no air movement at all. It was really uncomfortable and we had to leave the room door open a few times as the window doesn't open. However the pros are: - the friendly staff who were very helpful. - we could drop our bags off before checking in - comfy bed - quiet location and easy to catch buses and trains etc. Easy to get to and fro airport. - good choices for breakfast (but quality is a little average) - good value for London!!
