Great location nice service

Amazing apartment. The only thing to bear in mind is that we have to pay a deposit upon checking in

Five days in this "serviced apartment". Excellently located near markets and Tube (Gloucester Road). Front staff quite pleasant at check-in and certainly helpful throughout our stay- questions answered, reserving car for airport return, etc. Lift to room (very nice), feeling of security with electronic keys. We had deluxe one bedroom with 60+ m2. All furniture was "plain Jane" but completely functional. Clean, very large sitting area with both coffee and dining tables. Kitchen had all the basics. There were service pieces for four and the usual appliances including dish, and clothes, washers along with several soap pods for both. Also tea bags, coffee packets, and sugar sachets. Bedroom with American king with moderate support; ample storage space. Bath with title floor and tub/shower design. Available was room cleaning MWF, but with arrival on Monday and departure on Saturday, we did not even utilize this. One feature that we appreciated was two separate thermostats so we could close off the bedroom/bath area to cool at night. Very pleased with this property. Would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

Great apartment, very clean, comfortable beds, lots of space for everyone and comfortable living room with seating for everyone. Smaller size kitchen but usable for preparing snacks/meals as necessary while on vacation. Friendly staff who helped with all questions.

This is the 3rd time that we have stayed at Ashburn Court Apartments and we stayed for over 2 weeks. We love that it is so convenient to Gloucester Road Underground station which has 3 Underground lines (Picadilly - Circle - District). It also is very close to Waitrose grocery. Eating is very expensive in London. Since these are apartments, you can save megabucks by eating in the apartment - at least breakfast. We actually ate quite a few meals there after a long day of being tourists. We could stroll through Waitrose and pick up something for supper. The apartments are also close to many restaurants and shops. Also, very friendly staff @ Ashburn Court!

Disappointing stay at Ashburn Apartments in London. we stayed for four nights with our two children in the apartment. Location is very nice, quite close to the underground. however, proximity to the main street and underground (which is a bit "overground") leads to noise emissions. The apartment is not in the best condition and certainly needs an upgrade, new painting, etc. The worst was the AC which was not working. It was qzite cold outside and the AC whoch also works as a heater did not work for two entire days. we got some old radiators which was overall an unpleasant experience. No word from the management about the situation (i assume a a comment now below :-)
