My 8 stay at Cheval Phoenix. Always great experience there in terms of stocking the place with food to last you a few days and location is great. Rooms are nice and large compared to any hotel room and nice to have a fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities in the room. Too bad the place will be closed starting feb 2023 for refurbishment.

The ambiance is inviting and comfortable to come again,the product quality is consistently outstanding exceeding my expectation, good customer service relation,quality product,very calm and peaceful,to be honest it was just like heaven on earth,the manager and blessing was very accommodating,love them all. The recent refurbishment has truly transformed and elevated this property to another level. From the moment you step in you feel welcome and immediately recognise the unique Cheval handwriting. It was relaxing to sit down while checking in and the staff was super friendly. My one bedroom apartment was on the top floor and had the best views of Chelsea which made me feel like a true Londoner. The interiors are modern, neat and luxurious as well as functional. The bed was literally the dream, one of my best night sleeps ever! I was also pleasantly surprised about the tranquility of the building considering how centrally located it is. I just loved it and will be back again!

Great venue, immaculately upgraded since 2022! Staff as helpful as ever, very welcoming and genuinely interested in your well being. I highly recommend this venue as it is so central and near to great shops and restaurants. Great to be back! Thankyou team

I just stayed in Cheval Phoenix House for two nights and had amazing time. Apartment was stunning with everything you need during stay, beautiful and relaxing decor and comfortable furnishing. Felt like home away from home. Special thanks to Rose, Blessing and Nora, very nice and helpful ladies always with smile on face. Thanks a lot

Hidden Gem and now it has been my Fav. residences. Gym on site and this residences is close to all high end shopping street. Beautifully appointed apartments. i stayed in a Studio and was very happy comparing to a Hotel room. great Housekeeping service and the Reception team are amazing. thank you and see you soon
