About 10 mins walk from the station. Good location. Room is small but tidy and clean. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ok though not many choices.

Good location. Clean room.
However, the window is not sound proof for street noises. May not ideal for people who’s easily been waken up by noises.

There is no elevator in this hotel. For travelers with big luggages, it'd be really inconvenient.

Good cleanliness and location with plenty of restaurants around. Soundproofing isn’t great, could hear noises from the street and nearby rooms. Breakfast was quite basic.

We can recommend to any tourist, good value for the price we paid as compared to other London offers. Good location, decent room, complimentary breakfast that we did not expect, overall we are satisfied with stay at this hotel!

The location is very good. Not far from Victoria Station to catch the plane.
However, lots of things didn't go well.
Check-in. We arrived in the hotel at around 2:15 pm. If the check-in in the front desk was quick, we had to wait more than 30minutes aside to get the key finnally. We had never experienced the long waiting at any hotel before without reason.
Room. The room is on the lower level. It was Ok. But the metro pass just below. So the romm was shaked every 5 minutes during the night. It was very difficult to sleep. Actually we didn't sleppe at all against 140 euros for one night ! At the we heard the food steps on the ground floor evey time there were movements. They should have mentioned in the description!
Service. The cleaning staff ran the vacuum cleaner on the lower floor before 8 am ! Never experience it at any other places.
So in summary, I regret my booking. It's a total waste of money !
