Expensive, but super top-notch hotel. One of the best in London. Location in the heart of Chelsea perfect for those on a shopping spree or who want to experience the 'high life' in London. Super central so everything else (Theatres, Palaces, etc.) are all easy to walk or cab to.

I think the Belmond Cadogan sets a new standard for small luxurious London hotels. Location is superb. Staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. Bedrooms are plush, quiet refuges. The dining room, tea room etc. are lovely. Doesn't get better than this! I believe an argument can be made that the Kensington Chelsea area is the best neighborhood in central London. Quiet, elegant, green-spaces provided by those wonderful private neighborhood parks. Close to great shopping at Sloane Square and the King's Road. Walkable to Harrods and the great Victoria and Albert Museum, the Natural History Museum. Of course you pay for this luxury and convenience - London 5 star hotel prices can take your breath away. But in the case of the Cadogan, I feel it's well worth it.

We travel to London once or twice a year. Having stayed at a variety of hotels throughout the city. Found our favorite! From start to finish loved this hotel, looking forward to our next visit. The location is awesome, we walked everywhere, shops, restaurants, theatre as well as the private park across the street. Lovely! The concierge team did an amazing job of mapping out our daily activities! The check-in staff was warm & welcoming! The bellmen coordinated & transported our luggage to our next location across town. Our room was absolutely perfect, in every way! Updated and keeping with the feel of staying in a newly renovated English townhome. Made me wish we could move in! Our room had a lovely sitting area, a walk in closet and a bathroom filled with natural light. The fixtures beautiful! The bed & bedding luxurious. We enjoyed the restaurant for a deliciously prepared breakfast as well as evening drinks. The entire hotel staff including the restaurant staff were friendly, inviting with great customer service skills. Refreshing! Thank you!

Certainly designed as a luxe experience in one of the poshest areas in London. Staff service was exceedingly friendly at check in and check out. Appreciated the in-room treats and the lobby also had an engaging seasonally themed surprise every morning. The king bed was firm and comfortable with luxurious down bedding. The room was quite small - navigating between our bed and our luggage detracted from the sense of luxury, but didn’t really make a difference as we spent next to no time in the room during the day. Bathroom was well designed to share for such a small space. Would come back if we wanted to splurge more for a larger room.

From the minute you enter the hotel the standard of care and attention is wonderful. My room was spacious, quiet and well appointed with an excellent bathroom. The restaurant, bar and room service are also great and the staff were kind and efficient. The location is great, easy to walk to many of Londons tourist attractions but also close to many transport options.

We stayed for four nights at the Cadogan and the place was lovely. A great location and classy decor and layout. The staff was very warm, engaging & friendly and made us feel known and special. Can't say enough about this smaller boutique hotel and its location on Sloane Street across from the two small private parks which staying at the Cadogan grants you access. Highly recommend this hotel!
