The hotel is a traditional British hotel, the hotel is not big, the decoration is very delicate. The service of the hotel reception staff is not good. They arranged for us to stay in the basement room. There is no elevator and we have to go through a long staircase to get to the room. It is very hard for our elderly guests. In addition, there is a strong smell of damp air after entering the room , feeling uncomfortable, and some unpleasant experiences, made us feel that we would not choose this kind of hotel with unworthy service and charges.

A wonderful breakfast experience served by some wonderful waiters and waitresses. They made me feel very well looked after and kept me well informed. Even though i was alone, they did not make me feel left out like i have experienced before. I am very pleased with the few breakfasts i have had here, and shall definitely be returning for more when i’m back in london. Thank you to your wonderful service.

The Covent Garden Hotel is superb in every way. The rooms are beautifully designed and with good space, and lovely bathrooms. The breakfasts are delicious and generous, and having the additional space of the library to sit and chat is a rare and welcome addition to the comfort of guests. All the staff are friendly and cheerful, from the reception staff and the concierge to the caring staff in the restaurant. Very highly recommend.

This hotel is deluxe but yet warm and inviting. The rooms and baths are gorgeously decorated. The showers are strong and toiletries are deliciously scented so be sure to have enough room in your luggage to purchase some for home. The towels are thick and fluffy and the beds are heavenly. Top of line linens. The location can’t be beat for walking to lots of restaurants, theaters, museums, sights and other neighborhoods. Plenty of transport options. Great coffee shop across the street and breakfast/smoothy places a few doors away. The BEST part of the hotel is the hotel staff. Augustino, the concierge went out of his way to be helpful, even walking us to the Elizabeth line as we were over burdened with purchases. His assistants, Nicky who gave us fabulous recommendations and travel tips and Huzaifa who did the same. We can't speak more highly about the hotel but more importantly-the people.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It’s a lovely place, and it is a terrific location with easy walks to the theater and excellent restaurants. The rooms are warm, comfortable, and quiet, with outstanding public spaces for late afternoon/evening drinks or snacks. On this visit, we had some issues with our initial room (construction noise). The hotel, specifically Charles, could not have been more helpful in resolving the problem for us. He was kind, understanding, and empathic. It’s the kind of response that you wish happened at all hotels. Covent Garden is not an inexpensive hotel, which means you have (and should have) high expectations. Each time we stayed, our experience always exceeded our high expectations. We will be back.

A thoroughly charming boutique hotel in the heart of a trendy chic neighborhood. We chose it for its proximity to the theater district, but fell in love with its well-deserved five-star service and amenities. Chief among them was the finest bathroom I’ve seen in my recent travels, equipped with a capacious stand-alone bathtub, a great walk-in shower, a bidet, and two sinks. The king -sized bed and comforter were super cozy and staff members were amazingly responsive when we asked for ice or taxis. I also loved the boutiques and cafes, including the Monmouth Coffee Company across the street and the Hotel Chocolat a few doors down. My only complaint was that the prices in the minibar were outrageous, a problem easily solved by simply buying my own Diet Cokes and cramming them into said mini bar. All in all, a super find!

Still here at the moment whilst writing this . This hotel is as near to perfection as we have come across in many a year . The attention to detail is incredible , the junior suite we are in is beautifully decorated, the bathroom is luxurious with a TV over the bathroom and a huge seperate shower . The breakfast selection and quality of ingredients is unsurpassed ! The concierge service is exemplary. Can’t wait to come back and I haven’t left yet
