I had booked four apartments here. We were allocated apartment numbers 9, 10, 11 and 12. We chose apartment 10 as it was the nicest for the person staying the longest (x5 nights). Our other guests were only staying for two nights. Initially I was told that I could not have this room for the guest staying for 5 nights, as their computer system generated room allocations and it had allocated a different apartment. This was absolutely ridiculous. No future guest had specified that they wanted apartment 10 so there was absolutely no reason why it couldn't be used by us for our guest staying for 5 nights rather than a different room. The reception finally agreed and specifically told me "yes, don't worry it's all sorted now, your guest can stay in apartment 10 for the full 5 nights". Then the day after checking into that room and unpacking all her clothing and other items, our guest was asked to MOVE. Unbelievable. Despite being assured that everything was okay. They are liars. When we tried to call them back all that morning they were obviously screening our calls and would not pick up the phone. We have used this apartments before and had issues with them. This was their second chance. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are hopelessly organised and do not provide any kind of service. The apartments are fine within themselves (although we had to ring about the lights not working) so if you want to risk it go ahead but all the other poor reviews on this site are accurate and reflect the other issues we have had with this organisation the last time we used them.
