The staff are friendly and the location of the hotel is good but the room offered to my family was a little bit small to accommodate 3 persons.

Check in and Check out always feels as you are a disruption from what they are doing , did not mention on my first visit but has happened again. Asking for extra tea bags do not as it is easier to purchase from the store nearby , The drinks offer is very limited and the communication is not clear. Gold VIP benefits are not noted at this hotel unlike other Hotels within this group and Hotel Saint

Great hotel, service was fantastic, room very comfortable, would definitely stay again! The area around the hotel is ok but the tube is right next to the hotel so very convenient.
