The hotel is new and clean. There is no lift though. Receptionist is fine and polite but not very happy or welcoming. Location is good, in the center but not noisy. It is near the Russel Square

Breakfast was served in a college restaurant, which had a Harry Potter feel. The hotel is located in the UCL campus, and the security environment is quite good.
The hotel front desk was not enthusiastic enough. We couldn't find the room without being taken to it. There was no elevator, and the room was in the basement, which was not easy to find.

I paid 3,000 yuan for a single room, but was arranged in the basement. This hotel does not provide slippers, the carpet is unacceptably dirty, and the stairs and public areas are sprinkled with strong-smelling fresheners to cover up the smell. The room is poorly soundproofed, and the flushing and closing sounds of the next door are clear. In the basement room, once there are suitcases and talking pedestrians passing by, they will be disturbed and can only fall asleep late at night.
