You have been warned. Read the points below carefully before booking.
1. The pictures do not accurately represent the hotel.
2. If you have heavy luggage, consider a hotel with a lift.
3. Staff will not assist with luggage to the third floor.
4. There is no air conditioning.
5. The room was dirty despite cleaning; biscuit crumbs remained on the floor.
6. Hair was found in the toilet and on the pillow.

The hotel is pleasant, and its benefit is that it is near the bus station and bus stops, making it very convenient to reach. However, it is somewhat distant from the city. Nevertheless, the hotel is suitable for a brief visit of 2-3 days. The price is also reasonable... We had a brief stay, so we didn't really require staff assistance. However, the staff was friendly during check-in.

The hotel is good, not bad, but it does not have air conditioning, which makes the rooms hot. Also, the rooms located on the street will be difficult to sleep in because of the noise. Also, it does not have an elevator, and unfortunately, the housekeeping service enters the room without asking them, which forced me to speak with the receptionist to stop them. Also, I had a situation that forced me to write it here. I booked a room for two people, and my friend came to stay with me for a night, but the owner and the staff refused because of the policy and laws. I understood the matter and started looking for another hotel. When I found the hotel and wanted to go to it for my friend, the employee told me that the owner does not mind, but I must pay 40 pounds for the night, and this angered me because it indicates a lack of credibility.

Carpet need a deep clean. Mattress is old and very soft.
Car park is limited around the hotel. Has free parking on Saturday and Sunday in some strees

This hotel wasn’t too bad, I had literally everything I needed for my stay and it have multiple convenience stores as well. The location is quite close to the train station so easy access to the overground, central line and Westfield Shepard’s bush. It wasn’t the most aesthetic hotel for sure but it did what needed to be done.

Everything’s are ok except the distance. It takes me more than 10mins by foot’s.
