Very close to the subway and Hyde Park. Overall, the room was ok, clean. The bathroom was very small. No aircon in the room. The window would not fully close, and being on the ground floor meant it was a bit noisy at night. Overall ok.

There is no lift in the hotel. It's really hard for us to take 4 luggages to the third floor.

The room was well equipped for two people staying for one night. it was clean and the bed was comfy. The only issue we had was that the drains you n the bathroom were smelly.
The gentleman at the hotel reception was very helpful when we called to tell him out train had been delayed and we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get in before reception closed.
He was there when we arrived a little after 10pm and was polite and helpful even though we were late.

The location is excellent. The hotel is very safe and next to a park. The front desk service is also very good! The room has a microwave, hairdryer and other facilities, but the shower head in the apartment bathroom was broken. I found the front desk and it was repaired promptly. Overall, it's good.
