Absolutely fantastic experience the staff and facilities are truly amazing thank you 🙏 Id highly recommend Great position easy to get around love the feel of the village really cosy The gardens are fantastic well kept fantastic food plenty of dining choice.

Recent visit for lunch. Excellent food and service. Beautiful surroundings. The Orangery was very busy with Afternoon Tea Service and i will definitely being booking for that. Note 13.5% service charge but i think it was worth it. Do Go Try

Had several meetings to do one morning and made use of the lovely lounge and bar area. Leon on the hotel bar team was fantastic, helping advise on where best to sit for plug sockets and helping guide my guests as they arrived. Fantastic service 👏

Laurel resting has crept into this once up and coming jewel in the crown of London's five-star hotel scene. I called for a cup of tea and cake in the afternoon when sales shopping. There were too many staff of mixed abilitity and professionalism gossiping in clusters behind and next to the bar, seemingly bored with the afternoon's proceedings. I ordered excellent cakes (4 mini cakes for £12). The Earl grey tea was served in a gigantic silver teapot but the combination of a weak blend and a meagre spoonful of tea made it an insipid drink. The staff were too preoccupied to notice my displeasure and it took quite some time to speak to someone to complain and get my drink changed for a very good flat white. I contrast my experience with a superlative first visit to Jeremy King's 'Park' Brasserie the day before, where the right number of staff were attentive and the house blend tea plentiful and fragrant. The only consistently good thing about Ham Yard hotel is Kat Kimp's bone china and the stylish washrooms...please pull yourself back together Ham Yard.

We spent 5 nights at Ham Yard in July and loved it. Check-in: The reception staff was great and super-efficient. We were traveling with 12 people and had 6 rooms. We had 20 pieces of luggage shipped ahead of time. It was all sorted and waiting for us on arrival and we were able to check-in early to our rooms. Staff: All the staff were great. They all seemed to know us and were always asking how we were and how our stay was going. Location: We found the location to be very convenient for us. We were able to walk to shops, bars, restaurants, the pharmacy etc., all within a few blocks. Spa/Gym: We did not visit the spa, but we went to the gym each morning. The gym was a good size and always clean. They had several cardio machines, free weights and machines and it never felt crowded. They also provided filtered water which was nice. Food/Room Service: We ordered room service our first night ate on the 4th floor on the patio. The waiters looked after us the entire time and got us anything additional we needed during our meal, so it felt like we were in the restaurant. Everyone was happy with the food during our stay. Room: I had luxury junior terrace suite on the 4th floor, and it was perfect. The room and bathroom were a good size, and there was a decent amount of closet space. I saw the regular rooms as well and they were also a pretty good size. Amenities: They have a full bowling alley in the basement which was very cool, and the kids loved it. Overall, we loved the hotel and service and will definitely stay again when we come back to London.

We stayed here over Christmas and I can honestly say it was perfect. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful which continued throughout our stay. The room was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfasts were high quality and delicious. We also had the Christmas Day dinner in the restaurant which was perfection. Can’t wait to return.
