Absolutely disgusting. Dirty sheets, 30 cm long void in wall by bed containing wires. Dirty underwear found by bedside on the floor. Sheets did not fit top of bed, exposing yellowing mattress. Only small bedside draw for clothing that was heavily stained and dirty. Fridge yellowed and extremely noisy if turned on. Shower so bad did not use and sink heavily stained. Shouting and noisy most of the night. Small narrow staircase only to rooms with no fire exits. Left and booked different hotel. To be avoided at all costs.

We made a last minute booking and on arrival with my daughter the manager upgraded us to a room with 2 double beds. Beds clean and comfortable however in general the room could have been cleaner. There was some mold in both the bedroom and in on suite bathroom. However manager very friendly and we would stay again

I was due to arrive half hour after my 'expected' check in 1 hour slot. Manager advised on phone I would have to wait 40 mins outside in the cold so he could finish his food?? I had a work speech to give and it was absolutely freezing! So I couldn't wait and he won't refund. What kind of a manager / person would knowingly leave a customer out in the freezing cold for 40 mins?? He was also oddly passive aggressive on the phone. Completely shocked and astounded. If this is an indicator of his professionalism, I don't imagine the hotel service after check in is much better. Advise to stay away

Despite the previous reviews. This place deserves higher rating. Everything was exceptional!! The host opened up the reception area for us all to do our activities. His customer service was brilliant :) Couldnt of asked for a nicer stay Would recommend this place higher. Cant wait to go back in the future Such a quaint little hotel!
