I made an error on the date for my booking. It was clearly an error as I requested a cancellation immediately after booking and noticing the date on the Booking Confirmation!
Sadly, the Hotel refused my cancellation request, despite this being an obvious mistake on my part!!!
What has the World come to when Corporate Greed gets in the way of doing the Decent Thing... ＜sigh＞

Well situated hotel. Basic but very comfortable with fast WiFi in room and strong heating. Slept well. Friendly staff at reception. Close to tube station, train station and restaurants etc. Would gladly stay again.

It was located really close to the station with lots of food options in the area. Just need to note that the rooms are small. Other than that, all's good and it was value for money.

Convenient location with 5-10 mins walking distance to Paddington Station, Hyde Park & Lancaster Gate Station respectively. Staff are helpful and nice.
However, the room is very small, especially the bathroom. The TV and socket in the room was not working and we needed to call the staff for help. Better maintenance is required.
