The front desk staff were friendly. No bottled water to drink their machine out of service all week. The area smell sewer walking by. Not once they change the bed sheet even after food got spilled on it the first night, and they not even made the bed , just the cover look like it was done but wasn't at all. Sheet were not even stretch to look neat, it was showing bare matress. Bed was extremely unconfortable, every morning I had difficulties to get up so much back pain due to the bed . I had paid for the week , I couldn't afford to go elsewhere, no refunds, I endured, once my week was over, I went next door to extend my stay.

The location is good for sightseeing of many famous scenes. The staff are also helpful, though the room is small. It is OK for short stay purpose.

It's quite standard. The facilities are quite complete, including a hair dryer and a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The price is very reasonable in London. There are subway stations and bus stops nearby, so it's very convenient to go anywhere.

This is a solo trip and I want to minimize unnecessary expenses. This hotel is more than 600 meters away from Victoria Station, and overall transportation is relatively convenient. The environment is quiet and the sanitary conditions are average, but it is also clean.

The rooms in the UK really make the most of their space. They are small but well-equipped. It is very close to Victoria Station, and there are bus stations and subway stations. There is also a shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping.
