Great location and a brilliant option when needing somewhere simple to crash after a night out. Hotel was very quiet, staff on hand to help with check in. Really clean and pleasant room. Would stay again.

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality! One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room. Will gladly stay here again.

The room is very tidy, but the windows are a bit small and not ventilated. It's like a domestic express hotel. But in London, the price is pretty good. It's recommended. I'm not used to living without windows!

Well located hotel in comfortable walking distance of Tower Hill underground station and the area around the Tower of London. Room small but perfectly adequate for a solo traveller who just needs overnight accommodation. I stayed for one night and would've happily stayed for a further night although any more may not have been as comfortable owing to the compact layout of the room. Couldn't fault the cleanliness however both in the room and all the public areas I visited. One slight irritation is that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, however there is a free to use tea/coffee station for guests in the cafe area on the ground floor of the building. Overall though a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend for a basic overnight accommodation in the centre of London.

We booked our stay for the London marathon from April 18th to the 22nd. This location was perfect as it was centrally-located to see both the west and east side of the city. It had all the necessary amenities needed for our stay and the complimentary tea and coffee were appreciated. Most noteworthy was Deputy Hotel Manager Aaliyah Dos Santos-Monteiro who was amazing! She was warm and friendly during check-in/out and made my wife (who was doing the marathon) and I feel right at home. Her customer service skills were exemplary as she offered helpful dinning options as well as tips for navigating the city. Additionally her customer resolution skills should serve as a staff model. Aaliyah was able to diffuse and resolve with satisfaction, an unfortunate incident that occurred when a senor staff member was completely rude and unprofessional.

A great spot - value for money, clean and comfortable rooms, and very friendly and approachable staff - Sianie, Jada, Brigitta & others who were very welcoming and professional. Delicious breakfast & tea and coffee on tap as well. Great stay.

Highly recommend this hotel for travelers. Rooms are perfect for getting a good nights rest after a long day. Our room was bright, modern/updated, comfortable, with great storage and amenities given the smaller room size. You can't beat the price. What a great value. Wish there were more options like this for travelers like myself. Location was perfect too with restaurants and attractions within a very short walking distance. We'll definitely come back!

Great location close to Tower Hill tube. Has all you need for few nights stay, large comfy bed, good size shower and enough storage. Reasonably priced continental breakfast, lovely staff especially Angela.

Everything was beautifully clean, the receptionist Angela was extremely helpful and gave us very useful information. We are definitely staying here again as it's also a great location for work and holiday. The breakfast was fresh and well presented
