Excellent location. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The tea and coffee station in the lounge area was always well-maintained, and being able to take a cup to go for free was a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful place to stay.

Very nice hotel, really convenient location, five minutes walk to Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. Very convenient for theatres. Room was compact but very nice. Really comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again

So pleasantly surprised with this hotel. From the moment we walked in, welcomed by the professional and friendly guy to a super clean room, and the wonderful and accomodating lady at breakfast the morning after. People make all the difference, but the cleanliness, location and room features were all spot on. Great value for money in the heart of London, 3min walk from the tube station and leaving feeling happy and looking forward to coming back. Just a couple of cons: mattress wasn't the best and the toilet frosted glass walls don't offer much privacy or sound proofing. Compliments to the management for undoubtedly working hard behind the scenes to get this end result for the customers. Highly recommended.

First visit . Stayed here for 1 night . Rooms small and compact, very clean . Its location is perfect . Staff lovely , special mention to Gosia on reception . Would def recommend, many attractions walkable . Look forward to our next visit . 😊😊

We have stayed here twice before and find the location very convenient. However, I have given up trying to book again for May 2025. The booking site asks for a home postcode and it seems won't accept anything outside of the UK. Are overseas travellers not welcome here?
