Very nice stay at the Bankside hotel though not without some difficulties. We had asked for a quiet room but were placed right next to the lift lobby and opposite the water dispenser, and with hard floors throughout the lift lobby and entrance area of the rooms this meant a LOT of noise coming in the room at all hours. In fairness, the front desk tried to find an alternative but it was not what we were looking for so we opted to stay where we were and made the best of it.
Aside from this everything else about the stay was great, a really lovely modern hotel with very friendly and fun staff, great breakfast (though not cheap) and good location on the South Bank.
We would definitely stay here again (though ask not to be in this room location).
Special mention to breakfast staff who helped get extra fruit for our toddler and concierge who gave him Christmas gifts from the tree... lovely touches.

The room facilities and location are good, just across the street from Blackfriars Station. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The downside is that there are not many breakfast varieties and the restaurant staff are not very enthusiastic. In addition, the direct drinking water bar on the floor was always showing that it was under repair and could not be used during the stay (3 nights).

The location is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, the hotel itself is quite fashionable, the hygiene is also very good, the breakfast is not much, but the nutrition is comprehensive. The only bad thing is that the price dropped during the few days I stayed, which was heartbreaking.

The waiter was very considerate and asked what you wanted to drink when you checked in. And this time you didn't have to wait to check in, you could check in as soon as you arrived, which was great. The hotel opened in 2018 and is very well maintained. The breakfast is remarkable and the bedroom is also very large, the largest area encountered on this trip. It is about a 5-minute walk from Blackfriars Station (cross the bridge). There are other bus and subway lines around, and it is very close to the supermarket. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to Big Ben. Slippers are provided in the room, and toothbrushes need to be asked for when checking in.
Let's talk about the shortcomings 1️⃣ After finding that the room was given on the first floor, I asked to change to another floor. The front desk said that there were only five floors in total and that it could not be changed (but the occupancy rate during the actual stay was not high) 2️⃣ The room service speed is relatively slow.
