This is the worst ever Hotel , never again. I went tired in the night to check in to find my room shockingly given to someone else without speaking to me and they just assumed I am not coming.
Took us 3 hrs to get to the other hotel. Disturb my sleep and ability to concentrate on my conference next day in the morning. Very bad management a service. The Receptionist on other hotel said that’s happened regularly what a terrible hotel please see better options than that

The hotel room was clean and spacious and had everything we deserve. The location was ok. There is a supermarket nearby. Service super friendly and satisfying. Equipment very good.

Our London trip is always memorable. But this time we had a wonderful time because the hotel was at a very peaceful location, just 3-4 minutes walk from Bethnal Green. We also saw a number of places.

Great Hotel, thanks to Michelle who was amazing with us !! The breakfast was good, and the personnel was very nice with us. The hotel is next to a metro station and it’s great for visiting. The park Next to the hotel is pretty and it’s not to far from the center

Stayed from 5thMay until 8thMay 2024 as we were going to wedding..Room was clean,bed comfortable,with fluffy pillow. Staff were brilliant went above&beyond,and nothing was to much trouble,could have a laugh with them.Breakfast good there was plenty of choice and always fresh. Bethnal Green Tube station is a short walk away. Would certainly book to stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to all staff who made our stay a good one.
