Very convenient location, perfect to explore central London. Small but cozy room; breakfast is good and the restaurant is very nice.

Really liked this hotel for the price. Great location for Covent Garden and theatres. We had a twin room which was clean. The duvets and pillows had just been replaced and were soft and comforting. The TV was a smart TV so we could log in to Spotify, Netflix and Disney+ which was a bonus for us. The bathroom was small but the toilet was separate which was handy. We loved the complimentary products which were vegan and good quality. We loved the overall nature theme running throughout the hotel. The windows were big which let lots of natural light in and the lighting in the room was really good. Lots of charging sockets which is aways good. We would definitely stay again

This reservation included fridge in the room, but I was told no room has fridge and no fridge was requested. They were supposed to bring a fridge in my room, but never brought it

just 5 min walking distance to where I was having meeting, and only 5 min walk away from the British Museum.

Location is very good and convenient.
Nice breakfast and service.
Some food shops open until 11:00 near to the hotel, could still get something to eat when arrive late.

Good quality hotel in good location for most London attractions , with convenient underground car park. Staff are always very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offers good selection and quality. The outside garden / drinking area is very well maintained and a real bonus in better weather conditions and quite a surprise for a hotel in central London.
