We were greeted at check-in and advised that we would get a fan in the room bc it was a very be warm day. The room is was not really hot,we had one window.
The room was very clean and perfect for 2 ppl. The bathroom was clean. We had a great experience and stayed 4 nights. I would def come back and I will recommend this place to others. It bc was a very quick walk to the underground and had many restaurants around as well. It was a short walk to be a Tesco express.

A very, very bad hotel. It can't be called a hotel at all, just a hotel. The room was small, the sanitary conditions were poor, the bed was very fluffy, and the floor was dusty. The room smelled musty and the breakfast was in the ba*****t, which was very basic. After staying for one night, I developed an allergy, so I decided to check out and leave the hotel. The remaining unpaid accommodation fee has been negotiated and refunded so far. All in all very, very bad, choose carefully.

I arrived at Heathrow Airport late at night, so I booked a hotel at Paddington Station, where I could go by public transportation at once, but this was a failure. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights and it was an amazing experience. Annie the receptionist was very aupportive. Very courteous and gave us all the relevant information that we needed as first time visitor of UK. She laid out and marked all the tourist spots. The hotel is only 5 min walk to Paddington Station. Lots of public transportation. Our room was super cozy and clean (no carpet which was superb) quiet and very relaxing. The breakfast staff too especially Eva and the other staff from the kitchen and the guy too from the night duty recptionist was very accomodating. Highly recommended. Small but cozy and quiet property. Super clean too. Breakfast is served English style very classy. We will come back and book this hotel again. Thanks again to Annie and Eva!!

Conveniently located by Paddington station, which has trains to take you to Heathrow airport and is close to Notting Hill, Hyde Park, and Kensington. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful during our stay with luggage storage, suggestions of where to go in the area, etc. The offer to store our luggage was very helpful so we could grab breakfast in the morning, and when we checked in, the staff had already moved our luggage into the room. One of the beds had dirty sheets and pillowcases when we arrived, but once I alerted the staff, they apologised and resolved the issue right away.
