I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel in Shoreditch. I had booked a family room with a double bed, a couch, and a city view, and I paid extra for it. However, upon arrival, the hotel downgraded my booking without any explanation and provided me with a smaller room that only had a double bed with not a city view, which was originally priced lower than what I paid. Despite raising the issue, the management refused to honor my original booking or adjust the price accordingly.
To make things worse, basic services were completely lacking. No late-night water or coffee facilities, making it highly inconvenient for guests arriving late. Breakfast was another disaster – it was available for an unreasonably short time, and by the time we got there, most of the food was already gone.
The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend staying here unless you want to be overcharged, misled, and receive terrible service. Avoid at all costs!
I need a compensation for my bad experience as I paid extra for the room I booked.
