Room aesthetic is top tier, very clean, well equipped with amenities, great staff, smooth process with checking in and checking out! Would definitely recommend and come back again!

Overall is ok but the cleanliness can be improved. Found blood line on the toilet bowl. I checked out on Thursday and then I also booked for the night on next Monday as I needed to go traveling in Amsterdam on the weekend. I asked if I could put my luggage (only one medium size) in the storage till I come back next Monday. They said no.

This is amazing hotel

This is a young hotel with a good check-in experience. Luggage can be stored for 4 pounds per piece per day. However, it took a long time to return the deposit. There was also an error in the amount, but fortunately it was resolved by email.

The location is average, far away from the subway/tube station, but there is a bus stop nearby, so it's okay. The room is clean but slightly fine, overall acceptable.

The location is good and the service is also very good. The doorman is very enthusiastic and makes you feel good when you come in and out every day. The room is clean and it's a few minutes' walk to Bricklane. Overall it's good. If I insist on the picture, I can only come here blindly. Ignore it.
