Located near train station.
Reception was nice to offer breakfast at discount.
Reception was not picking up calls and I need to visit the counter for stuff. My daughter was sick but receptionist was empathetic. Refer me to call 111 which is not available via hotel phone line.
Restaurant staff was friendly on the other hand.

It's tired and needs work but the staff try hard to make things better. Better to stay near Heathrow, the trip into central London isn't that much longer and there's better hotel options.
