The service was extremely poor. On the day of check-in, I had confirmed with the front desk that I could check out at 14 o'clock on the day of check-out, but the staff who helped me check in on the day of check-out pretended not to know that he said he could check out at 14 o'clock and kept saying that we were looking for an excuse to let us pay the room fee for the day. In addition, during the period of living, the room cleaning personnel forced me into the house to clean when I refused to clean, which was very lack of quality and self-cultivation. The service of this hotel is terrible. I won't choose the second time！！！！！！If someone has booked this order, remember to delay the check-out time when checking in. Be sure to record or video as evidence.

入住當天中午電話聯繫我説我被幸運的從三卧室公寓房升級到聯排別墅三房！記得預訂時候特別對比了這兩個三卧室房型才選的價格相對較貴的公寓房！酒店告知由於公寓房預訂超額，所以可以延遲退房和贈送一份歡迎禮籃，我不需要延遲退房，所以希望可以給足夠5人的水和牛奶麪包也就算了。實際上入住的一個房間還在地下室，並且衹給了一小桶牛奶，2瓶水，麪包足夠，但是早上孩子們吃完早餐我才發現麪包是當天過期，牛奶是昨天過期，一晚入住體驗極差，根本沒有5星標準，以後絕對不會再預訂這裏！
