The hotel is well located, few minutes away from subway. The room is clean and spaces. Staffs are polite and helpful. The breakfast is OK. Overall is a nice hotel. Will stay again if I travel to London next time.

The Novotel was a great hotel to stay at in London, it was very close to the underground station and a great location.
The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast had a good selection and the staff were lovely. I will definatly be staying here again

As a solo traveler, this hotel had everything I needed. It was in a great location (attractions and underground very close). The staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was really good! I appreciated the Buffett style and there was as a great variety no matter the appetite you had. I would stay there again!
