I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. Super modern clean hotel in central London. A five minute walk to the Thames and very convenient for going to Gatwick.
View from room was good…you could see the Shard.

The room was very nice, clean, and of a good size. Free water and a refrigerator were provided. The hotel is in a good location, and is within walking distance of Tower Bridge, London Bridge, the Shard, and Bole Market. It is also very convenient to take the bus to the London Eye, Westminster, and the National Gallery. We chose to walk one day, and it took only 30 minutes to get to Buckingham Palace, which the map showed was about the same time as walking. Every day when we went out, the hotel waiter cleaned the room, changed the garbage bags, and gave the children a keychain when they left the hotel, which was really thoughtful. I will choose this place next time I go to London.
