不錯，是公寓房改的。離開百貨很近。唯一不足的是給我們的房間在地下室，房間有點味道，像是咖喱味。每天能聽到樓板走路聲音，房間上面就是餐廳。如果住樓上應該會不錯。

Exquisite Hotel is a proper 5 star experience in a beautiful, but quiet street of London - located very close to Hyde Park and near Buckingham Palace. The staff were wonderful and the lobby area is a unique area to enjoy breakfast, dinner, and the occasional board game / cards in a quiet but homely setting (with a cup of tea ofcourse!).

The Knightsbridge Hotel was lovely and extremely comfortable. They went out of their way to make my child feel special and taken care of. The entire staff was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here if you can.

The firmdale hotels chain is one of my favorite chain of hotels, I stayed in almost all their hotels in London and one of their properties in New York . Unfortunately this time we were given a room in the basement and they put the blame on our reservation being made through *******, the room is nice except the bathroom had a bath tub which was very high , and you can injure yourself getting in and out. Once I told them about the issue they said we have other room with a walk in shower? But since day one we were told we will try to accommodate your request but without getting back at us. I didn’t like the service and made sure to tell them. Once again i complain because I do like the hotel, but didn’t like the service this time.
