Probably the worst hotel in the W series. Wanted to have a happy Christmas holiday in London. But because I checked into the W London Hotel, everything became less pleasant! The waiting time for check-in was long, and the front desk service was not so enthusiastic. The room type I got was different from what I ordered in the outline, and the toilet and bathroom in the room exuded a disgusting smell. After complaining, I was told that the room was booked online. When we asked to change rooms, we were told that the room was full and we would be notified when rooms became available. Then there has been no message or reply. There was no response until after negotiating with the room booking platform. I thought about forgetting it and not changing rooms, but I was told by the platform that the hotel said that we didn't want to change rooms, so they didn't help us change rooms. The annoyance really rose at that moment! The hotel didn't communicate with us at all, so can they say something that is untrue? !The next day, I selectively forgot to clean the room. After playing during the day, when I wanted to go back to the hotel to rest for a while in the evening, I opened the door and saw that no cleaning had been done. When I reported it to the front desk, the front desk clerk simply said he had forgotten. That kind of insincere attitude instantly makes people even more angry! I really advise friends who come to London not to choose this hotel! A very unpleasant stay in London. I give W London the worst review possible!
