Worst treatment i ever received at a hotel. Have been to 2 travel lodge sites within east london and both have been horrible to stay at. Staff members ar rude and disrespectful.

Great budget hotel, bar and food prices as expected in the capital. Staff friendly and helpful. Irons and hairdryers available at reception at no extra charge. We were at an event at ExCel which is a few stops away on the DLR. There is a Nisa shop next to the East India station just round the corner for any forgotten essentials. Buffet breakfast a big hit!

Great stay, Kenya (receptionist) was so lovely and helpful will definitely be coming back. Helped me organise my bookings and all the staff are really friendly. Perfect for quick trips and very central in London. Would definitely recommend.

Really clean and spacious room, shower pressure is a little slow but not too bad at all!! We had floor 11 and the view was incredible! — reception staff so friendly and helpful from the minute we entered the hotel, especially Kenya who made our check in process so easy. We’ll definitely be coming back :))

A great location. Heating is a pain! You have to ask reception to change it. Aircon is very noisy! Courtney in the bar was very helpful with wine and ding chef food. We will, however, come again. Parking was good, not too cosine and DLR is a short walk.

Thubaina, Alysha and Kenya were lovely and very friendly at check in and made the whole process very easy. The room and facilities were clean and tidy and cleaning staff we encountered as we went to the room polite. Excellent view across London.

Good views, comfortable rooms at a good rate. Probably the best hotel to stay at for business in the Warf. Cara at reception was great. Basically exactly what you expect from a hotel and an all round good stay for a few nights in London. Also very good DLR links

Brilliant location although the standard room feels pretty small. The staff are so warm and friendly, thank you for thubaina, Kenya and nevaeh for checking me in and helping me with all my enquiries. For someone not from the area I needed help with a few things and the ladies advised me well on local stations and shops. Thank you so much!
