Sticky floor and dining table. I cleaned it myself. A wine glass previously used by the former customer was found behind the bed.
Very convenient location to go to main attractions.
Self-help hotel, so, no service was provided. A bit struggling to enter the hotel as the first password given was wrong but luckily we could call through in the end.
They had provided all the cutlery, even water boiler and knives and else but no electric stove and cooking pan, I think they expect people who rented the apartment to do only microwaved food.

A very rubbish experience. The hotel itself is under the train tracks, which is already noisy. On the other side is a street with bars and restaurants. It is noisy at both ends and the water is often cut off for no reason. The bed sheets in the hotel are not clean. In the summer in London, the days are long and the nights are short, so blackout curtains are needed. As a result It was broken, so I called someone to fix it on the first day, but no one came to fix it before I checked out, and the customer service couldn't reply. It was a garbage hotel.

Self check-in, no front desk. Checking in after 4 o'clock is a bit tricky. The Ctrip agent has not sent me the check-in email yet, and I have been waiting outside for a long time. The room is large and has a complete set of coffee and trays. It is very close to Waterloo Station and within walking distance to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. Good location

Great find in the heart of London
Great location just next to Westminster Bridge. Some cool restaurants and bars on the doorstep. The hotel itself was above my expectations. The room was lovely. Great shower and kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the blackout blinds did the trick. The nearby trains didn’t bother me in the slightest as the heavy doors blocked out the noise. Will definitely be back.

Comms are terrible, no aircon or heating and you can’t open windows. Receptionist hung up. Building condition poor and feels very dated.

Terrible hotel, unsecured and badly managed
Avoid this hotel. Locked out of room, given someone else’s room, someone else given my room, locked out again, no answer on the phone, broken air conditioning, extremely noisy next to Waterloo, no hot water in the taps and no action taken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I checked into a different hotel after the first night as I felt completely unsafe.
