Excellent location, welcoming staff, and clean room. Breakfast was very good and would stay back again.

The location is really not too bad. I do like that the food around the places are good, just downstairs is the hop on/hop off bus stop. The staff - leslie is really helpful. She helped us with our requests and that’s the great gesture.

My first trip to London. Hotel Paddington will be my first choice when I return. The bed was so soft and comfortable. Pillows a little mushy but ok. Every employee there was so nice and helpful. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. There is a fridge in the room, nice cold a.c ! Bathroom was spotless. Every request was immediately attended to. No microwave, there is an iron and safe. Nice thick white robes wirh slippers. Towels were soft fluffy and huge. No washcloths but hand towels. The Nespresso with complimentary biscuits were delicious. Complimentary water for tea kettle or to drink with complimentary o.j. sodas.I would give them 5 stars with no hesitation. I travel for work in the states and stay at a lot of hotels. There was no "ick or eww" when I entered the room. Cleanliness was obvious. If there is a problem they will fix bit right away. Free breakfast vouchers for the restaurant in the hotel were definitely worth the breakfast.

I stayed with my wife for 1 night at Hotel Indigo London Hyde Park Paddington. We bought their room package with breakfast and dinner for 2 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. After checking in the hotel room, it was far smaller than expected, just 5 steps from bed to bathroom. Also, the tape in the shower cabinet was out of order, which is hard to turn. This case was reported to the Hotel Manager. Hopefully it will be fixed.

The room is too small and the 26-inch suitcase cannot fit in it. You can only walk across it. But the hotel service is just like other Indigo hotels, very friendly and welcoming. The location is very good, very close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park.

Very bad stay experience Booked for two days, arrived at 8pm on the first night, said there were no rooms, arranged to stay at Mercure next door for one night, changed back to Indigo on the second day, compensated with a breakfast voucher When leaving the next morning, both hotels shirked the responsibility of handling the luggage because the new room was not cleaned well When I returned to the hotel in the afternoon, the front desk staff was changed, didn't know the situation, couldn't find the luggage, took a long time to handle it, and didn't have any apologetic attitude After arriving at the new room, the hygiene was very bad, there was a big bug in the open cupboard, asked housekeeping to deal with it The staff seemed inexperienced, used plastic bags to beat the bugs, and then the bugs flew everywhere... Finally negotiated to change rooms, moved to the fifth floor, but it turned out to be the basement (I booked a room upstairs at the beginning) The overall experience was very bad

Convenient location! We were initially assigned a basement room, which we were not satisfied with. Later, we were moved to an upstairs room, which was much better. However, before the move, they repeatedly confirmed with us that we had not touched anything in the room. Please... I was only in there for ten seconds... and there were staff inside

The location is super convenient, close to everything, Paddington train station is a few steps away, and Hyde Park is a short walk away. The room is small (all rooms in the UK are small) but the facilities are complete, clean and comfortable, which makes people feel at ease. Breakfast is served on demand, customized on demand, reducing waste and better quality. Junaid, who was received by the front desk, learned that the midnight flight arrived early in the morning, and specially helped me apply for early check-in (usually check-in at 3 pm). Very considerate service attitude👍

The location is very convenient on the street through Paddington Station. The hotel is high-end, the decoration is warm and cultural, and the room is small but clean, compact and comfortable. My only regret is not bringing my girlfriend!

The hotel is located near Paddington Railway Station, a 5-minute walk away. There is no need to go up or down stairs, which is very convenient for travelers with suitcases! What is lacking is that there are no large shopping malls or supermarkets nearby. Friends who like shopping should be mentally prepared!

The sound insulation of the room is very poor. When the door next door is opened, the wall on the side of the corridor shakes. One morning there was no hot water, so I had to take a shower with cold water, and the breakfast service was mediocre, and the waiter didn't come after a long wait. But the service is poor all over London.
