I do not know how a 5-star hotel I stayed before in 4-star hotels that are never at this level. The sheet was cracked and I have a picture that I informed the reception of this matter and told them that bed smell from bathroom coming out to the room and the wash is leaking !! I inform the reception Twice Regarding this, and when cleaning they do not take the used cups also and they said that the manager will talk to me and I gave them my own number to contact me to solve the problem or move to another room but no one had the interest in the guest who is me !! Even if the excuse is that it is an old hotel and the maintenance has not been renovated, especially that it is a 5-star hotel and the price of stay is not simple and since the beginning the employees are not cooperative and not interested. I never advise anyone to stay there, not luxury room or service, and if I try to evaluate even two stars I will not give them and I have pictures of what I say

A great room, a great view and great people. This was our second time this year at this beautiful property. We arrived and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Our room had a spectacular view of the city. We had drinks and snacks at the Hyde Bar in the hotel and the small bites we had were so good, we went back a second time during this stay -- all the people at the front desk, the Concierge and at the bar were absolutely wonderful! We're already looking forward to returning again1

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. After a late arrival, we had a challenging checkin experience. The ladies at the front desk need more training. The rooms were quite dated and had heating issues. The following morning at breakfast, we saw a mouse in the breakfast area, and another one sneak into the kitchen area! The staff member said it was a common issue, and when reported to the manager, they did not seem concerned. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to have breakfast with mice and rats!

Main drawback to the hotel is that you can hear everything from the rooms next door and from the corridor. You do not get any perks if you are Gold or Platinum Bonvoy as they do not have an executive lounge. I was told that I am upgraded to a higher category room but it seems to be the same as the other rooms with no Hyde park view which would have been a nice thing for a gold member. Breakfast is average with same options everyday. Location is the best thing about this hotel. Room cleaning is excellent and the staff do a great job even as well as the porters.

We were staying somewhere else on 25th but we came park tower for dinner on 25th. We were trying to get in in Hyde bar for dinner but as living outside it was hard for us to in. But, the manager name by Sumita. She accommodate us very well attend us with pleasure we were were happy by Sumita gesture. Thank you Sumita for really great service . We will come again
