Later, Ctrip kept communicating with them, and their hotel insisted that we came in with our consent, so why should I kick him out and call the front desk again? Didn't we dress up and open the door for him? It was disgusting. They knew that we Chinese didn't speak English very well. It was very simple. We only asked the hotel to waive our bill that night, and didn't say that we would waive it for three days. We waited for Ctrip to follow up.
