I thought the halls on the lower ground floor, as well as my room, was quite dirty. Most of the carpets had very large stains. Additionally, my room (105) had a small leak in the shower wall.

Fire alarm sudden rang during sleep hours and disturb on guest.
Cafeteria staff did not take care well on bakery toast machine and sudden got fire burning.

The hotel is in a good location, about a ten-minute walk from Victoria Station. The front desk staff is also very nice. Although the room is in the basement, it is different from the basements in China. It is more like the first floor. The room is also very large

Although the room is small, it has everything it needs. Except for being a little small, there is nothing wrong with it. The bathroom facilities are very good and the room has everything you need. Slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste are not available as usual.
