it is definitely one of my super poor experience
On the first day of arrival , my early check in room is at basement , heavy stinky smell !!!! super cold without heater and no electricity at the room at all , cannot get any phones iPad any electronic device charged , and the in room phone is not working too!!!
I have to go up to the reception to check everything each time and I was advised to take a shower first and they will try their best to get a new room for me , but I was aware no elecritcy is available at the room , thus my hair cannot be blow dried ……………. Have to wait for a new room with wet hair
after an hour , I was lucky enough to get a new room on 5th floor , no lift for this floor that I have to get my 27kg luggage up and down the stairs
a staff was able to help me after a few times request
On the 3rd night , I was awaken but a noisy sound in my room at 5am something , I called the reception and someone came but simply can do nothing
I have to use ear plug to make myself sleep ….
before I go out , I urged the front desk to get MU room fixed and hopefully I can have a better sleep the night when I came back
When I back to the hotel again , the staff said was fixed , I am so happy and thought I could get a nice sleep that night , but once I was in , the noisy sound is still there for every 10 mins
I called the front desk again , the girl said “ oh that means it can’t be fixed , sorry , you have to bear with that “ I was soooooo angry and they mentioned no room is available so simply it is another sleepless night for me
The hotel in general is not up to standard in terms of service and facility and I would blacklist them and I wasn’t offered any compensation as well
One more thing , the hotel arranged a taxi for me to airport last day , the taxi driver was not one by meter , I was charged 75 pounds going to the airport from hotel , “thank you” so much indigo !!! bye bye !!!!
