Had a lovely date night here. Annamarie was very polite and helpful and upgraded us to a king size room when we’d only booked a queen! The room was nice and modern. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Delicious free biscuits and hot chocolate added to our stay.

Good friendly service by all the staff. Good location and comfy rooms. Although a little old but it’s still within acceptable level.
Nice entrance Lobby and really enjoyed great drinks at the Pub down called The Pickled Hen

As for foreign hotels, you can't expect too much.
The advantage of this hotel is that the location is good. It is very close to the core area of the city, including Buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. You can walk along the main road of Hyde Park. Buckingham Palace can be reached in about half an hour if you are willing to walk a little longer.
The room is relatively small, but it is clean. The room is very winding and it takes a while to find it after coming out of the elevator.
The service is OK, but the breakfast is not delicious.

The worst time was in room 128. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The service attitude was poor. I asked for a room transfer and was told that it was fully occupied. Just one sentence: I can’t do anything for you now.

Booked a 1.5 twin room, 3 people live with the child, the room is clean and tidy, and it is considered spacious. The hotel is a little far from the subway, 8 minutes walk, the neighborhood of the hotel feels like a wealthy Turk area, the law and order is very good, in the city center, 8 minutes away from Hyde Park, it is also very convenient to go to the scenic spots by subway.
