The best level of service experienced in a London hotel. High quality from the helpful doorman Mohamed, followed by an efficient check in receptionist. Very high level of security and excellent restaurant options. great location, 4 minutes walk to Elizabeth line. Definitely will revisit in the future.

The hotel is located in Mayfair, a wealthy area. The surrounding environment is very good. It is very close to Harrolds and Selfridge. The room size is okay for a London hotel. However, it is said that the air conditioner is broken and there is no other form of compensation. Breakfast is at Gordon Ramsay's The restaurant is a huge piece of garbage. Overall it is much different from Marriott in China.
