Disappointed by the room availability as my room was given to someone else due to technical error however despite the issues the duty manager tried her best to accommodate providing us with complimentary stay (still waiting refund) and complimentary food.
Hopefully next time the kids and i are able to stay in the junior suite 🙏🏼

For this large property, the rooms are too small. It gets you a feel of being in an London Underground train - tight. The bathroom and shower area were small. The bed was shaky. One of the lower standard of Hilton I have stayed.
Location wise, it was relatively close to the tube and bus stop, but still relatively far from the city center.

The room was too small as compare to others. Once the luggage open , is hard to move around and the toilet was small as well. Located near train station.

Hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is located perfectly for a visit to West Field shopping complex, 5 minutes walk away. The room we booked was the lowest priced available without breakfast included. It was clean and well presented as you expect for a Hilton. Tea and coffees provided as well as a fridge. The bathroom looked tired with heavy wear around the lower door and skirting given an appearance of shabbiness. That said it was clean. Also thankfully it wasn’t cold outside ( just wet ) as the heating wasn’t functioning.

Not very pleasant stay here. Left the property unhappy I felt front desk staff wasn't empathetic to my situation (I had misplaced my passport).
Great location stayed for 1week...4days out of which I complained about the cleanliness of the room , bathroom body wash wasn't replenish for 3days and take out packaging was left in room unattended. Besides location...stay wasn't memorable

Air con pretty much only blowing hot air instead of cold air, especially during our visit. We had to change room, even hotel engineer not able to fix it.
We asked for a fan, but it took a while nothing came.
The breakfast area is too crowded although quite a lot of selections.
