For my trip this location was suitable but the service quality was in average level.

Basic rooms, but convenient as it’s very close to LCY. Easy access to Prince Regent DLR station.

Not as noisy as people say in the review. Typical travelodge.

The price is not expensive, good location. However, it is quite noisy cuz the airport is nearby.

Spacious, clean, and close to the airport, convenient location for early morning flights ✈️ The surrounding area is very quiet and calm ♪ Above all, the clean and spacious rooms are the best.

I stayed at the hotel to use London City Airport, so it was close and nice. However, you had to pay a separate fee of £3 to use the internet. That didn't make me feel very good.

Dan from the kitchen is lovely!! Had a banging bacon sandwich and pasta it was so good. Lovely vibes. Thank you! Elena and Sukai from the welcome team are so nice too. Elena sorted my parking out for me which was lovely. I’m a disabled driver and she helped to validate my time so it was free of charge. Such a nice team! The rooms are lovely and we are having a great stay. Thank you all x

We booked the Travel Lodge as had an early flight the next day. Parking was expensive and the travel lodge was coming in less than half the price. Room was a lot better than expected. I’ve stayed at a few travel lodges in the past and it’s put me off from booking them but the room was clean, comfortable and modern. Well looked after. Dan and the team were amazing couldn’t help you anymore. A nice place to relax for the evening. Very welcoming and food was delicious!

We had dinner in the hotel and it was lovely, we both had the cheeseburger and it was great. For desert we had chocolate fudge cake and knickerbocker glory which was very well prepared and served by Dan, would highly recommend. We will definitely be back when visiting area again

This is the 2nd time staying here and it is always great serine. I have had a very positive experience from start to finish. I received a very friendly welcome and all the staff are great! The food made by Dan was lovely and he was very helpful in helping me choose, and checked everything was good throughout. He is very welcoming ensuring all the guest are settled in and happy with the food. All round a lovely guy! The location is great as it is a 10min walk from City Airport. I would highly recommend.

Great location but not a great hotel. BUT cheap and you get what you pay for. Issues included broken plugs and no shower gel. Restaurant has large noise TV's which were intrusive. Food quality was poor.

Fantastic hotel and great staff In particular :Sham/Alina / Dan I work away and a bug bare is miserable staff who don’t really want to help you but these 3 make staying a great experience. Alina has a permanent smile and Sham and Dan will happily natter away to you in what is a very busy hotel but still find time to engage with you while getting on with what always seems a very busy shift It’s not to say the rest of the staff aren’t good but I only ever seem to deal with the 3 mentioned.

Dinner at Dans in the Travelodge The Punjab Chicken Tikka was succulent and tasty Whole food Salad very nice Service excellent Would recommend Chips are chips but with malt vinegar very nice Dan was a happy customer related person who made our dinner very enjoyable Thanks Dan

Great location for City Airport, very little noise for being so close. Only 10 min walk to Excel if you are here for a conference. Check in pretty swift and friendly. Room very clean and bed was great as always. Dan in the Cafe Bar was super helpful and very cheery at his work!
