It is terrible that the lift still out of order since the day I check in and 5days. I am 61 years old, need to carry a 20kg. Luggage and went up to 6th floor. Everyday of these five day I need to climb up and down twice. I pay for the most expensive room but get the worst experience.

The apartment was clean and was in a great location.
Do note that the air-conditioning mentioned was referring to a portable air-conditioner.
The customer service was not responsive at all. We were a family of 3 adults, which was indicated upon booking of the apartment. I also sent them an additional note that there would be 3 of us and requested to have the sofa bed prepared for the 3rd adult. However, when we checked in, nothing was done. No bedsheets nor towels for the 3rd adult. Moreover, there are no hangers at all in the cupboards and no hooks available in the bathrooms, which meant that clothes had to be hung on the cupboard rail, hallway hook or bathroom radiator.
Disappointing overall.

Clean and nice apartment, unfortunately very loud… due to single-pane windows…. we were at Apartment 4, level 2. Wake up at 5 am with the first trains…. And may be earlier if there are some emergency vehicles on their way.
