Great location. A little small but great

The location is excellent but the room is very small. There is only a bed but it is comfortable of course. There are no facilities in the room except shampoo and soap. No cups, no table, no water dispenser in front of the hard drive. The reception is great, they are all welcoming. I would like to thank Naveen in particular. It was really wonderful. Thank you.

Leela is an outstanding receptionist—always warm, professional, and ready to help. She made my check-in easy and was very supportive throughout my stay. Her friendly nature and attention to detail truly enhanced my experience. The hotel is lucky to have her on their team!

Didn’t except the rooms with out a window and the room was quiet clean and well maintained and leela helped us with early check in and helped with near by places to visit and I think if ur looking for a place to relax and sleep with quietness and cosy

From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed. The minimalist room was calming and the soundproofing made for one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Leela provided excellent service—friendly, professional, and attentive. Zedwell Knightsbridge is ideal for travelers who value rest and a central London location. Highly recommend.

Ir was quiet Nice and clean the rooms were bit small but I really enjoyed the stay and the staff was quiet amazing .they had smile on their all the time and is if I am right it’s lyla age was very Nice and helped with the early check in by free of cost and as welll as the lauguage

The ambience of the room is top notch, cozy and the customer relationship was excellent. It will be great if I am able to connect my PS5 and also I was unable to watch some premier league games which I would have loved to watch. But asides that it is all good.
