Spotlessly clean and super cosy, plus a personal welcome note that was a really nice touch. Bob W was really helpful too, letting me check in early at no extra cost – a quick WhatsApp message was all it took. My only slight niggle was that the doors were a bit noisy when closing, both in the hallway and the nearby rooms.

Affordable and handy location for Olympia, but that’s about it. Steep stairs for most rooms, with no lift. Very noisy road, unless you can book a room at the back which should be fine. Room is ‘compact’! Shower was good, little fridge and microwave with crockery and cutlery but the only place to sit is on the bed, or the toilet! If you want cheap and no frills and are not troubled by road noise, sirens etc, the. Fine, but I wouldn’t return, sorry .

Customer service is deliberately unhelpful, doesn’t read what you’ve actually written, communications have been frustrating, lacking empathy, intentionally unhelpful and repeating the same void of information. Since the price is kept low due to the centralised remote reception, this needs to be on point. Automations need improving. We have met 3 other residents during our one night stay. All had the exact same issue as us on arrival where they couldn’t access their room or the building as they had missed the email to state they needed to verify themselves. Why not send an automated reminder alert to say the verification is still incomplete and you cannot do this on arrival, and must be done in order to access the room! Hugely frustrating stay. Room made from thin walls, windows that aren’t soundproofed and is NOISY. Not to be repeated.
