Everything is fine. The location is very convenient, which is next to the Paddington station.

Very new and good, just across the road from Padingtong Station, very convenient, overall very satisfied

The hotel has very convenient transportation, the rooms are spacious and clean, the facilities are very new, and it is very convenient to go to major stations and attractions. It is one of the most cost-effective hotels near Hyde Park.

The room is clean and tidy, and the bathroom is beautiful and practical. However, the folding door of the shower room is narrow in design. When guests shower, water will splash onto the ground outside. There is no floor drain on the floor. As a result, they will always use a floor towel to wipe it, otherwise their shoes will get wet! Suggest improvements!

Good: The location is just opposite the train station, the decoration is very new and soundproof; Bad: The hair dryer is broken and cannot be used; the Wifi code needs to be asked for by the front desk, and it can only be used for 24 hours at a time, and the speed and signal are very poor

The hotel was renovated this year and is very new. The location is very good! The space is also good, but the front desk service feels quite perfunctory

Except for the good location, everything else is average and the price/performance ratio is low.

There is a subway station right outside the door. It's a newly opened hotel and everything is good.

The hotel has an excellent location, just opposite Paddington Station. You can only enter the hotel by swiping your room card, which makes it very safe. The room is large, the sound insulation effect is very good, the bed is very comfortable, and you can store your luggage.

The room is relatively new and the price is reasonable :)

We spent 3 days at Premier Inn London Paddington in a Family Room (2 adults + 2 kids) and I have to say that everything was perfect. 1- Location is really close to Paddington station (just cross the street). Heathrow Express train is connected directly to this station and you only take 5 min from the train to the hotel. 2- Staff is so kind and always willing to help you. I have to mention Giovanny (what a professional). He was taking care of us from the beginning 3- Family Room was enough for us although I miss an extra furniture to save our clothes. Shower is fantastic (you are able to accommodate the water temperature easily) 4- We needed a couple of extra towel and we don´t have any problem to get it 5- Every morning we noticed at the reception staff to clean our room and everything was fine The only complain I would mention is the breakfast service. Unfortunately the bar was closed due to maintenance issues and going with kids it could be an inconvenience. The good news is that the hotel is plenty of restaurants around and it´s really easy to find one which fit you. Overall I would recommend this hotel 100%

This was a great value for a fine stay conveniently located close to Paddington station--great for Elizabeth Line service to Heathrow airport. The rooms were modern, well-equipped, and comfortable. Checking in was a bit of a wait, especially when the check-in kiosk didn't work (required trying several times, and even then, the keys didn't work requiring a return to the front desk). It's a great value for a convenient and popular area of London.
