EBS Hostel London

I loved everything about my time at this hostel, so many huge common spaces to relax in, the bed was fantastic, the ensuite bathroom was fantastic, the additional facilities were fantastic and of course the people were fantastic!! Everything was chef's kiss 🤌 I never ever write reviews, but this hostel is totally worth one! 100% will rebook here if I visit London again :)

Good value for money, room was clean. Near a few supermarkets like LiDL.

Excellent value for money in London! For value for money this was a perfect choice in London , great location and lovely room but it's evident this is a newly set up hostel - check-in and general communication needs to be improved (please update Google maps (the number I called on there also wasn't for the hostel , add contact details ie. a website or phone number ,or reply quicker than 4 days that it took on this app, have an electronic pin pad to enter rather than using a key ). For me it was ok but during my 3 nights I encountered multiple people outside the door wondering how to check in or once inside wondering where the staff were , also one night at 4AM a lad who was banging on the door trying to get in. I won't complain about the banging and general noise that can be heard through the walls because it's a hostel and it's expected but I will definitely urge you to improve communication with your guests in the future.
