The front desk service was very poor. They told us that we needed to delay check-in, and then they kept checking in other people. I don't understand it at all. I really experienced double standard treatment. Friends who want to book should think twice.

Absolutely five stars! Much better than the Ritz! Really considerate and attentive service! The room was upgraded and champagne was given upon check-in. A bottle of champagne was opened for free every day. The hotel is really generous!

A few points of flaws:
- The sliding door of the bathroom cannot be completely closed, leaving a gap, and cold air will flow into the bathroom when taking a shower
- The air conditioner only has a switch but no wind speed adjustment
- The breakfast is not stable, sometimes toast is served and sometimes not, and the service staff does not remember the name and room number
