Premier Inn London Bank (Tower)

The room temperature was too hot and the thermostat was not the same as the one in the room’s instruction sheet. We could not lower the temperature and ended up having to sleep with the door to the hallway open for a couple of hours. As a family traveling with two kids this was not the ideal set up.

Sim is fantastic as a person and a great host. He did a great job from receiving us to keeping us engaged throughout. We had a great time during our stay and the dinner service was amazing. We had an amazing experience through out. Sim provided an exemplary service.

We highly recommand this quiet hotel, well situated from the main attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is confortable and not at all noisy . Near the monument tube station, around 5 minutes by walk

As we’ve always come to expect with Premier Inn, the hotel was clean and rooms ready as expected. Good check-in & out. Great location for sightseeing, underground and bars and restaurants.

The staff was very welcoming except for the girls speaking Italian (or maybe Romanian). A young brunette present at breakfast was unsympathetic and did not smile. We felt like we were bothering her. This was especially evident when she was at the reception. Another girl is also concerned. This is a small bespectacled girl who must surely speak Italian too. But I still want to thank the best person at this hotel. His first name is Shamin. He was a good listener, compassionate, generous and very helpful. We highly recommend it.

Good hotel but room was very warm which wasn’t great. I would recommend if you’re looking for a great location and happy to sleep in a hot room. Hotel was quiet and staff seemed very nice. The breakfast was good value and there were plenty of options.

This hotel is just a 10 minute walk to The Tower of London, River Thames boat cruises, The Monument and just across London Bridge you have Borough market and The Shard. Perfect! The hotel was quiet and I didn’t hear any noises in my room - slept well in a very comfortable bed. The staff was all very friendly, genuine smiles and checking on our stay. The cooked breakfast is excellent value and lots of choices. Enjoyed a delicious meal in the restaurant on our last night too. There were a lot of students staying in the hotel, so the restaurant was very busy and noisy at breakfast time, so recommend staggering your time for eating (the elevators give quieter/busier time guides). Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of hotel and I would definitely return to this location.
