Access to this hotel was close to St.Regent's station, although a bit hindered by the building work going on. The room was simple and clean but the bedding felt cheap. There were no shops or restaurants nearby and I was told to book a table if I wanted to have dinner at the hotel, which was a little inconvenient. My booking said I wouldn't have air con in the room but I was in fact giving an aircon room...and you needed it! It's quite noisy in the early evening and from 7am, because you can hear the aircraft taking off and landing into London City Airport. I didn't think the hotel was particularly good value for money.

Very good hotel at the best value for money, very clean with a reception at the top. Perfect for a stay in London. Quality bedding and excellent breakfast.

Handy for excel and free parking which is good but room very tired and not clean. The worst room I’ve seen in about 20 years - wont be staying again. Dirty walls, ripped carpet, broken ceiling, mould in bathroom, banging from the air con/heater in middle of the night (sounded like an animal in there). 3 pieces of toilet paper in the holder. Toilet seat broken and hanging off. No pancakes or croissants for continental breakfast as advertised in menu. Mouse trap under toaster. Holiday inn will be getting my business in the future, I’m done with Premier Inn, they’ve gone from hotels I used to quite like to somewhere I wouldn't risk taking my family to.

the bed is the most comfortable bed i’ve ever layed and slept on. the staff were friendly even late at night. the room overall was very huge and was very fun. the shower water pressure was amazing and actually made a difference to how my hair was when dried

This is one of the worst Premier Inns I have stayed in (I have stayed in my fair share). On arrival I felt like I was stepping into a hotel that hadn't been updated or refurbished since the early 2000s. Whilst my room was clean, the hotel felt very tiered and worn. The window in my bedroom had broken handles, stains on the carpet and a really eerie feel to the place. The heating also didn't work properly. The external windows were so dirty it was hard to see out of them. All things that normally aren't an issue with Premier Inn. For a hotel in London this is not what I was expecting. Premier Inn are normally really good but I would avoid this one.

I booked for 1 night on 18th Dec it was extremely cold (2 degrees) that day and night and raining heavily, we had been dealing with horses for 2 days, but we were unable to shower or wash and warm up as the hotel did not have any hot water for our entire stay!! We were not informed about this on check in, when we checked out and I reported it again they just apologised and said maintenance were working on it!! This is NOT acceptable! I have complained to customer services and have been told that it was not their fault, and have only partially refunded our room fee…Now if you were offered in hotel room in mid winter in the wet and cold that didn’t have ANY hot water, I’m pretty sure no one would pay for this room..so why should we be expected to. I booked a warm dry room with hot running water but I did NOT get this!!!

The Manager , Javita was very rude. Her customer service is appalling, who does she think she is , speaking to customers in a disgusting manner. The restuarant staff were very friendly , she should receive some training from them in how to deal with customers. What a let down for the Premier Inn business.

Hotel located 2 minutes from a train station. Friendly staff. The room is good, comfortable bed, but the cleaning, particularly the replacement of paper and towels, failed. The cleaning ladies don't speak a word of English. Breakfast is very modest and has little variety. The wifi service is weak.

This is the worst Premier Inn I have used. I stayed here two years ago and it was ok, but it has deteriorated. The floors are not sound insulated. On the first night we suffered the noise of a party above. When I complained the staff just stated that we should've called reception (at 2am, despite no phones in the room?). When we tried to get breakfast with the children we were told that they had no room and we should've booked in advance. The second night was interrupted by the noise of people stomping around in the room above at 1.30/2am. The bathroom wasn't clean, either. This place really needs some renovation. We won't be back to this or any other PI anytime soon.

Visting with 2 children, (10 & 11), good location for Excel, comfortable room and what you would expect for a Premier Inn, hotel itself is somewhat dated and needs modernising, breakfast disappointing - despite paying £25 for 2 breakfasts it's beyond me how the hotel can run out of baked beans at 9.30am, (breakfast was served until 11.00am). Would potentially stay again if was in that neck of the woods but would give breakfast a miss and try elsewhere

This Premier Inn offers the usual rooms and cleanliness, which is always a good standard. I was tempted by a lower rate as many of the London PIs are very expensive. But the location is poor, a long ride out the east side. Plus there are no shops, supermarkets or amenities within walking distance.

They was not heating in room 232 when we stayed, kids meal in evening was bad as saysbon kids menu, 2 course and drink for £7 but member of staff in restaurant says its £7 but have to pay for extra for drink which I said it's false advertising on menu

Worst Premier Inn we’ve ever stayed at. Felt exceptionally budget. We had no hot water at all for the duration of our stay. Dinner for our daughter’s birthday was terrible, not even a pizza available and my husband’s food was undercooked. Breakfast was shocking as there was practically nothing to eat if you wanted continental. Customer service was sadly nonexistent. We also saw a huge rat outside. There is no way we would return to stay at this hotel.
