Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground.
Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

The location of the hotel is okay, but it's not easy to find. I went to the wrong place while carrying 4 big boxes, so I found the second hotel. Although they are not far apart, it is really inconvenient to have a lot of luggage. The rooms are average and the lighting is a bit weird and purple.
There is no internet in the room.

The location of this hotel very near ABBA arena is excellent, and easy access to Stratford DLR and underground makes travel all around London easy and cost effective. The facilities are modern, clean and ideal for a short stay. The on site restaurant is reasonably priced and provides a fair selection of well cooked meals. The staff are all efficient and friendly, and the overall package is fine for a short comfortable stay.

Stayed here for one night with friends for the ABBA Voyage Concert. Opted for the Premier Plus Room which was worth the little bit extra. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, buffet breakfast very good too. If anyone is interested, it’s about a 15 minute flat walk to the ABBA Arena through what was the Olympic village, and very well appointed for the shopping mall adjacent and a micro brewery which unfortunately we didn’t have time to experience
